Job Summary
Leasing Professional role on-site in Clarksville, TN: responsible for showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents, guiding them through model apartments, discussing lease terms, collecting rental deposits, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining resident relations. Duties include accompanying prospects to model units, following up with applicants, compiling listings of available units, assisting with newspaper advertisements, contacting credit bureaus and previous landlords, substituting for the assistant manager when needed, and ensuring compliance with fair housing laws. Required Qualifications
