Job Summary
Leasing Professional with part-time schedule responsible for leasing apartment homes and delivering customer service. Market the community, conduct tours, manage the application and lease process, and support resident satisfaction to achieve occupancy and retention goals. Must engage prospects via phone, online, and in-person interactions; assist with processing lease applications and coordinating move-ins; build positive resident relationships and support daily property operations including routine inspections and monitoring shared amenities. Requires a high school diploma or GED; prior leasing/sales/customer service experience preferred.
