Greet visitors, conduct tours, and identify prospect needs while managing applications, lease documentation, and move-in coordination. Perform leasing activities via phone, online, and in-person channels, maintaining positive resident relationships through responsive customer service. Support daily property operations including routine community inspections and shared amenity monitoring to drive occupancy and retention goals. Schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 to 6, with some Saturdays from 10 to 4. Compensation includes $14 hourly plus leasing commissions, and a 20% rental discount applies for on-site residents after 90 days.
