Job Summary
Greet visitors and prospective residents professionally, conduct tours, and identify prospect needs while performing leasing activities via phone, online, and in-person interactions. Manage prospect lead follow-up, assist with processing lease applications, preparing documentation, and coordinating move-in schedules. Build positive resident relationships through responsive customer service and support daily property operations, including routine community inspections and monitoring of shared amenities. Monday 9-6; Wednesday - Saturday 9-6. Compensation is $24 - $26/hour DOE plus leasing commissions and bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or property management
- Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environment
