Leasing Professional

Leasing Professional responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, completing credit and background checks, preparing lease/move-in documents, and ensuring smooth move-ins and lease signings. Also designs and executes on-site marketing activities, uses property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and resident data, inspects units, and handles lease renewals. Required skills include sales/leasing activity, customer service, marketing plan development, and familiarity with on-site marketing tools and leasing workflows to drive traffic and occupancy.
