Job Summary
Conduct personalised apartment tours and inspections to showcase Haiku lifestyle amenities. Build strong relationships with prospects and convert enquiries into signed leases using warm, pre-qualified leads. Maintain display apartments and leasing spaces to a premium standard while monitoring local market trends and competitor activity. Track leasing performance and conversion metrics to drive results. Work closely with onsite and central teams to deliver a seamless resident journey from enquiry to lease. This full-time permanent role involves Tuesday to Saturday hours, 10:00am to 6:00pm, with uncapped commission linked to individual and team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
