Leasing Professional - Greenwood Point

Leasing Professional at Greenwood Point responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention; perform leasing activities including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening and background checks, preparing lease/move-in packages, inspecting apartments for move-in readiness, and ensuring smooth lease signings. Responsibilities include staying informed on market conditions, developing marketing plans to sustain occupancy, implementing marketing activities (including referrals and employer outreach, online marketing via Craigslist/Facebook/email), and using property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and resident data. Ensure show units meet company standards, follow up with prospects, support lease renewals, address resident questions, and coordinate communications with maintenance. Requires licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions and a valid driver’s license for on-site golf-cart operations.
