Responsibilities also cover marketing plan development, driving traffic via online tools and referrals, maintaining data in property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite), ensuring show units meet quality standards, and following up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals. Must have 1-2 years leasing experience, familiarity with property-management software, and a valid driver’s license; weekends and flexible hours are required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of leasing experience required
- experience handling a 400+ unit count property preferred
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency with CRM or property management software (e.g., Yardi, Meet Elise, HappyCo) preferred
