Job Summary
Execute leasing and renewal strategies to achieve revenue, occupancy, and retention goals by engaging prospects via lead management software, email, and phone. Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding residents through applications, tax credits, and move-in processes while ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance. Maintain resident management software, update rent charges and lease data, and inspect units for show quality and readiness. Assist with front desk duties, answer inquiries, and resolve resident concerns through Resident Relations. Support marketing efforts, manage social media, and participate in community programming. Complete cleaning tasks and maintain physical asset standards. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience
- Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred
- Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school education or equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen required
- Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred
