Job Summary
Execute leasing and renewal strategies to achieve revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals by engaging prospects via lead management software, email, and phone calls. Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding new residents through applications, tax credits, and move-in processes while ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance. Inspect units for show quality, maintain resident files, and support marketing efforts including social media and market surveys. Assist with front desk duties, resolve resident concerns, and complete assigned tasks by deadlines. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Everett, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience
- Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred
- Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school education or equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen required
- Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines
Desired Qualifications
