Job Summary
Leasing Professional-Floater at ConcordRENTS responsible for leasing apartment homes, responding to prospective resident inquiries, scheduling tours, explaining lease options, and guiding applicants through the application and move-in process. Responsibilities include achieving occupancy and retention goals, maintaining property appearance, conducting outreach marketing, coordinating with Café Application/Recertification teams, and handling renewals and move-out procedures. Requires travel to communities within the regional portfolio and strong customer service, sales, and administrative skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of general business, property management, sales or customer service required
- Property management leasing experience is preferred
- Demonstrated problem resolution work experience
- Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons
