Leasing Professional - Fiona

This Leasing Professional role coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, performing credit and criminal background checks, preparing lease and move-in packages, and ensuring a smooth move-in and lease signing. The role inspects units, stays informed about market conditions, and designs/executes marketing activities (including referrals, employer outreach, and online tools) to drive traffic and occupancy. It uses on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and resident data, maintains show-quality standards, follows up with prospects and residents, and supports lease renewals. The position emphasizes resident satisfaction, timely renewal documentation, and responsive problem-solving for residents and clients/owners.
