Leasing Professional - Experienced - Villas at Katy Trail Apartments

Experienced Leasing Professional to drive leasing performance, greet and assist prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, manage the leasing process from inquiry through move-in, and follow up to maximize occupancy goals. Use Yardi Voyager and CRM systems, maintain records, provide exceptional customer service, support resident retention, and collaborate with onsite team. Requires ability to work Saturdays and four weekdays; 1–2 years leasing experience preferred; strong sales, communication, and organizational skills; valid driver’s license.
