Job Summary
Coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and managing lease signings. Inspect apartments for move-in readiness, maintain show units and leasing office standards, and execute marketing plans including digital outreach and referral programs. Track availability and resident data using property management software while following up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals. Respond promptly to resident concerns and document requests. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends, and adherence to all state licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Incumbents must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
