Leasing Professional responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals. Key duties include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, conducting credit/background checks, preparing lease and move-in packages, ensuring move-in readiness, scheduling maintenance/issues, staying informed on market conditions, executing marketing plans, driving traffic through online and off-line channels, using OneSite/Yardi to track availability and resident data, and following up to finalize leases and renewals.
