Job Summary
Greet and qualify prospects professionally using guest cards, then tour and present the community to assist residents in finding the right apartment home. Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating leads, maintaining show rooms, and follow-up. Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish, responding to inquiries to schedule virtual or in-person tours. Collaborate with property maintenance to ensure prompt service request completion, assist with applications and deposits while adhering to Fair Housing requirements, and verify credit and rental history. Promote resident satisfaction by promptly resolving service issues. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to lease apartment homes across Texas, Georgia, and Florida.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- College Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in Property Management
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge and understanding of operations including people management, financial reporting, problem-solving, sales, maintenance and resident relations
- Ability to visually inspect apartment homes, grounds, and other aspects of the community to determine that standards are met
- Strong initiative and customer service orientation
