Job Summary
Greet and qualify prospects professionally using guest cards in our Lead Management Software, then tour and present the community to assist residents in finding the right apartment home. Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, maintaining show rooms, and follow-up. Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish, responding to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours. Collaborate with property maintenance to ensure prompt responses to service requests and assist prospects with applications, deposits, and credit checks while adhering to Fair Housing requirements. Keep an updated availability report and submit applications for processing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- College Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in Property Management
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Ability to access all apartment homes and parts of the community to show the home to potential residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge and understanding of operations including people management, financial reporting, problem-solving, sales, maintenance and resident relations
- Ability to visually inspect apartment homes, grounds, and other aspects of the community to determine that standards are met
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize duties and responsibilities
- Mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, and to attend meetings at various locations
- Strong initiative and customer service orientation
