Job Summary
Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage lease signings while inspecting units for move-in readiness. Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans using digital tools and referral programs to drive traffic. Utilize property management software to track availability and resident data, ensuring show units meet quality standards. Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals and address concerns promptly. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel to other properties.
Required Qualifications
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Incumbents must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
