Job Summary
Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins. Inspect apartments for move-in readiness, manage show units and leasing office standards, and execute marketing activities including resident referrals and digital outreach. Track availability and resident data using property management software while following up with prospects and renewing residents to secure lease extensions. Respond promptly to resident concerns and maintain daily communication with maintenance teams to address upkeep needs. Work Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- All licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work rotating weekends
- Ability to work evenings
