Job Summary
Conduct property tours, process applications, and execute renewal strategies to maximize occupancy and resident retention. Promote the apartment community through outreach campaigns, manage online listings, and convert leads into leases while facilitating lease signings and move-in coordination. Maintain accurate lease documentation, assist in reporting, and support the Community Manager with resident files and regulatory compliance. Work weekends to meet high-traffic resident needs, ensuring smooth operations across Briarwood and Village Ceres in Turlock and Ceres, CA.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1-2 years of customer service experience
- passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home
- Goal Oriented
- thrive in a fast-paced environment
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- comfortable learning or knowing property management software like Yardi, MRI, or other leasing and property management systems
- friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
- available to work weekends
- physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
- passing a background check
- employment verification
- drug screening
