Job Summary
Leasing Professional to join Altitude Sixteen 75 in Phoenix, AZ, responsible for guiding apartment-community leasing goals through tours, applicant screenings, lease preparation, and move-in coordination. You will manage online listings and outreach, drive lead conversion to leases, coordinate renewals, and support resident satisfaction and retention. Must be customer-service oriented with 1-2 years in sales or leasing property management, comfortable using property management software (Yardi, MRI or similar) and Microsoft Office, and available to work weekends. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage lease documentation and compliance while contributing to occupancy goals.
Required Qualifications
