Job Summary
Conduct property tours, process applications, and execute renewal strategies to achieve leasing goals and maximize occupancy. Facilitate applicant screenings, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining accurate documentation. Promote the community through outreach campaigns, manage online listings, and convert leads into leases. Build relationships with residents to address concerns and implement retention strategies. Maintain records, assist in reporting, and support the Community Manager with lease renewals and compliance. Schedule: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. Full-time with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- at least 1-2 years of customer service experience
- passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home
- Goal Oriented
- thrive in a fast-paced environment
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- comfortable learning or knowing property management software like Yardi, MRI, or other leasing and property management systems
- friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
- available to work weekends
- physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
- passing a background check
- employment verification
- drug screening
