Job Summary
Leasing & marketing of the apartment community; conduct tours, manage applicant screenings and leases, process applications, and execute renewal strategies to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction. Drive traffic through outreach and manage online listings and social media. Coordinate move-ins, maintain lease documentation, and support renewal efforts and reporting. Convert leads to leases through proactive follow-up and events. Requires strong customer service and sales orientation, proficiency with MS Office and property management software (Yardi/MRI or similar), and weekend availability. Fast-paced, people-focused role with emphasis on achieving leasing goals and maintaining resident relations.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- sales experience or leasing property management experience
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- familiarity with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar)
- availability to work weekends
- physically able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
