Job Summary
Conduct consistent daily follow-up with prospects, identify obstacles, and actively work to close leases while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge of the property and competitive market. Assist Managers in developing annual marketing plans, establishing leasing goals, and monitoring occupancy targets. Manage property administration duties including lease processing, ensuring property management software is accurate, and maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of common areas. Ensure all online presence, including website and social media, remains current and professional. Coordinate on-campus advertising events, build partnerships with student organizations, and network with local housing professionals to foster community ties. Provide support by filling in for other team members and assist with after-hours emergencies as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Two to Three years in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to market and sell the community
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work
