Job Summary
Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and securing lease signings. Inspect apartments for move-in readiness, manage show units, and execute marketing activities including resident referrals and digital outreach using OneSite or Yardi software. Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction, execute lease renewal programs, and respond promptly to resident concerns. Work Tuesday through Saturday with evening, weekend, and holiday call availability.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- All licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule
