Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Leasing, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Entrata preferred
- Social media familiarity (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
- Ability to walk the community daily, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
