Job Summary
Leasing Professional (Multi-Site) in Sellersburg, IN responsible for conducting apartment tours across multiple communities, responding to inquiries via phone/email/text/online, building relationships with prospective residents, and closing leases. Tasks include processing applications, lease paperwork, renewals, and resident files; assisting with resident retention and renewal efforts; helping implement marketing and outreach initiatives; maintaining model apartments and tour routes; supporting resident events and community engagement; delivering exceptional customer service; and traveling between assigned communities as needed. The role emphasizes sales and customer-service excellence, with experience in Entrata or similar property-management software considered a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Required Qualifications
