Coordinate and drive the community’s leasing efforts by greeting prospects, conducting tours of apartments, processing applications with credit screening and background checks, preparing leases, and ensuring smooth move-ins and renewals. Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy, drive traffic to the community (including online marketing and referrals), and use property-management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activities. Maintain show-unit quality, coordinate maintenance needs, and follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals while supporting resident satisfaction and renewal programs.
