Leasing Professional - Aventino

Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, background checks, preparing lease and move-in packages, ensuring move-in readiness, and following through on lease renewals. Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (including internet marketing, referrals, and employer outreach), monitor occupancy and market conditions, and rely on on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, prospect data, and demographics. Ensure show units meet quality standards, coordinate maintenance requests, and maintain show-ready spaces. Maintain timely follow-ups with prospects and residents to finalize leases and renewals, and support the community’s renewal program with pre-move-out planning. This role requires strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills and may require occasional travel or flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
