Job Summary
Leasing Professional responsibilities include coordinating community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals; greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit screening and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing. Maintain move-in ready units, monitor market conditions, develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy, manage online marketing and referrals, and track activity using OneSite/Yardi. Ensure show units meet company standards, follow up with prospects and renewals, prepare renewal letters, and address resident questions promptly. Requires licenses/certifications per state/local jurisdictions and a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operations on property.
