Job Summary
Conduct property tours, process lease documentation including credit screening and move-in packages, and inspect units prior to occupancy. Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy, create promotional materials to generate revenue, and direct sales activities to meet property goals. Build relationships with prospective residents, assist with lease renewals, and ensure satisfaction throughout the lease term. Work indoors approximately 95% of the time, perform physical inspections requiring stair access, and maintain availability for emergencies or natural disasters.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Must currently hold or obtain a real estate leasing agent license for the state of Georgia within 120 days
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Work indoors approximately 95% of the time and outdoors approximately 5% of the time
- Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses to inspect building and detect emergency alarms
- On occasion, perform physical inspections of the property which may include climbing up and down stairs or accessing restrictive openings
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Though occurrences are rare, be accessible 24 hours a day in case of an emergency and perform on-site operations management during natural disasters
- Transfer properties and work overtime as business needs deem appropriate
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred
- Experience with property management software preferred; Entrada experience a plus
