Leasing Professional - Arbor Creek

Leasing Professional at Arbor Creek leads community marketing, advertising, and sales efforts to meet revenue and occupancy goals. Responsibilities include directing marketing and leasing activities, overseeing on-site traffic, maintaining an inventory of ready apartments, setting rent pricing and concessions, and monitoring day-to-day leasing performance. Develops market-aware pricing and advertising strategies, creates print and internet ads, utilizes property management software for reports, coordinates with maintenance to ensure curb appeal and marketability of units, and actively participates in leasing by qualifying prospects, preparing lease docs, and executing move-ins. Monitors financial and traffic reports, presents leasing results to owners/managers, oversees lease renewals, handles resident and owner questions, and supervises the leasing team through hiring, orientation, and performance management. Requires valid state/local licenses/certifications and a driver’s license to operate a golf cart; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; occasional travel to other properties.
