Leasing Professional - Ambrosio Apartments

Leasing Professional at Ambrosio Apartments responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Duties include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, performing credit and criminal background checks, preparing leases and move-in packages, and ensuring smooth move-ins and lease signings; inspect units for move-in readiness; develop and execute marketing plans, drive traffic through referrals and employer outreach, and utilize internet tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email) and property software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and resident data; maintain show unit quality and coordinate with maintenance; follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals; support lease renewals with timely letters and packages, and respond to resident inquiries.
