Leasing Professional - Allegro

Leasing professional responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. Essential duties include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showings, processing applications, credit screening and background checks, preparing leases and move-in packages, coordinating move-ins, inspecting apartments, developing marketing plans to sustain occupancy, executing marketing activities (including online and referral programs), using property management software (OneSite/Yardi) to track availability and data, ensuring show units meet standards, following up with prospects, and supporting lease renewals. Requires licensure/certifications as required by jurisdiction and a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on-property. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
