Job Summary
Conduct leasing activities for new and existing distribution centers developed by ESR, focusing on tenant placement. Build relationships with tenants to understand needs and make proposals, while actively developing new customers through telephone and walk-in sales. Perform market analysis to assess competitive properties, market rents, and tenant situations, and establish local networks with intermediaries. Requires over one year of real estate rental or brokerage experience, with 3PL sales experience preferred. Age range is 20s to 50s.
Required Qualifications
- 1年以上不動産賃貸業、仲介業(物流・オフィス・住宅等)経験
- Over 1 year of experience in real estate rental business, brokerage business (logistics, office, housing, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- 営業経験、特に不動産業界の経験あれば尚可
- 物流企業での3PL 営業経験者(尚可)
- Those who are interested in logistics real estate
- Real estate transaction manager preferred
- Age 20s to 50s
