Job Summary
Leasing & Office Administrator at The Truette (WinnCompanies) in Dover, NH, a 220-unit luxury mixed-use apartment community. Responsible for acting as the face of the co-work and leasing office, maximizing occupancy through tours, contracting and leasing desks, private offices, conference rooms and apartment homes, and delivering high-quality service to residents, members, guests, and prospective residents. Responsibilities include conducting tours, negotiating leases, closing sales, networking with local businesses and brokers to generate leads, creating and maintaining social media and marketing collateral, managing CRM records and lease documents, processing billing, ensuring curb appeal, and maintaining operational readiness. The role blends sales, customer service, and community management. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, under 1 year of relevant experience, strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills, ability to produce complex documents and analyze data, clear written and verbal communication, and a flexible, customer-focused approach. Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s degree, experience with Asana and social media, and hospitality/customer-service background. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which, include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web based applications.
- Ability to produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing with internal and external customers.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to various situations and business needs.
- Ability to resolve complex issues.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree.
- Experience with Asana, social media, and Microsoft products.
- Experience in the hospitality and customer service industry in a customer facing role.
