Job Summary
New Development Leasing & Marketing Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in leasing, marketing, branding, and resident relations for a new development. Focus areas include pre-leasing to achieve 100% occupancy, greeting and qualifying prospective clients, presenting leasing visuals, closing sales, and following up in Cardinal’s leasing system. The role entails training Full Time and Part Time Leasing Team Members, managing the temporary leasing office, planning and executing monthly marketing plans, partnerships and outreach, managing social media content and online reputation, and coordinating events and open houses. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience, strong digital marketing and social media skills, excellent communication, high energy, and availability to work evenings and weekends. Occasional travel may be required.
