Job Summary
Leasing & Marketing Team Leader responsible for supporting the Community Manager in property operations with a focus on leasing, marketing, resident relations and concierge functions to achieve 100% occupancy through retention, leasing current availability, and pre-leasing of future availability. Responsibilities include greeting prospective clients, qualifying needs, presenting the property, handling lease applications and verification, maintaining client records and reports, managing tour routes, assisting residents via the concierge program, and participating in Cardinal U training. Requires 1-2 years of customer service/sales, strong communication, high energy, excellent service orientation, basic typing/writing skills, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
