Job Summary
Leasing & Marketing Manager responsible for driving customer experience and revenue growth at Scion Group properties. Leads staff development for Experience Team Members, supports the General Manager in training and compliance (Fair Housing, safety, policies), manages annual turnover planning and move-in/move-out processes, oversees property appearance and maintenance coordination, drives resident satisfaction through KPI-led insights, and leads on-campus and in-person marketing events, social media campaigns, and market surveys to identify local opportunities and traffic. Requires strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and the ability to execute marketing and leasing strategies to meet revenue goals across multiple platforms and systems (Entrata, Greenhouse, Lattice, Turnable) with a customer-centric mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience working in customer service
- College graduate preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems
- Ability and willingness to work up to six days per week
