Job Summary
Answer phones, respond to emails, file paperwork, qualify residents, and maintain an organized workspace while providing exceptional customer service to both potential and current residents. Create marketing strategies including social media campaigns, flyers, and engaging resident events to support leasing and occupancy goals. Maintain a positive attitude and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and solving problems. Saturdays are required; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bubbly, outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service skills with 3+ years experience (including retail, hospitality, serving/bartending, etc.)
- Strong sales skills and determination to close the deal
- Ability to multitask and quickly solve problems
- Saturdays are required
- Must possess a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and ability to go off-site
