Job Summary
Leasing and Marketing professional at The View at Water's Edge within Aspen Square. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, creating marketing strategies (social media campaigns, flyers, resident events), striving to achieve leasing and occupancy goals, assisting current residents with professional service, handling phones and emails, filing paperwork, qualifying residents, and maintaining an organized workspace. Requires a bubbly, outgoing personality and 3+ years of customer-service/sales experience across retail, hospitality, or similar fields. Must be able to multitask, problem-solve, and be available full-time including Saturdays; must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. The role emphasizes marketing initiatives, resident relations, and a high-energy approach in a fast-paced property-management environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in customer service/sales (retail, hospitality, serving/bartending, etc.)
- Bubbly, outgoing personality
- Strong sales skills and determination to close the deal
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
- Full-time availability including Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
