Job Summary
Leasing & Marketing Agent to assist the Property Manager in operating a luxury property by leasing units and delivering customer service excellence. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, increasing traffic, maintaining occupancy targets, conducting property tours and surveys, delivering a proactive 5-star resident experience, building brand loyalty, and ensuring residents receive a stellar experience. Requires one year of Leasing Consultant experience, proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- One year experience as a Leasing Consultant
- Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
