Job Summary
Lead leasing and marketing efforts for assigned Class A luxury properties in NYC by managing apartment rentals, reputation management, and resident relations. Meet prospective residents, show homes, quote rents, and execute tasks to achieve occupancy and budgeted goals. Oversee negotiations, review offers, and manage lease packages while ensuring accurate CRM data and optimized listings. Monitor market comparables, maintain availability sheets, and coordinate move-ins and lease signings. Compile monthly reports for senior leadership and train new staff.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- NYS Real Estate License
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Amiable demeanor
- Experience with property management and leasing software
- Ability to learn new systems in a changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Administrative skills with attention to detail
- Expert knowledge of rent stabilization laws and leases
