Job Summary
Leads the community’s leasing operations by directing marketing, advertising, and sales activities; manages on-site traffic and inventory of ready apartments; sets rent pricing and concessions; oversees leasing team performance and move-in procedures; analyzes market conditions and reports to optimize occupancy and revenue; develops and executes short- and long-term marketing plans, and uses merchandising techniques to promote the apartment and community; actively participates in leasing by qualifying prospects and preparing lease documents; reviews financial and operational reports to identify issues and implement solution strategies; oversees lease renewals and resident communications; supervises staff through hiring, onboarding, and training; participates in bonus programs and delivers comprehensive benefits to employees.
