Job Summary
Lead and mentor the leasing team to consistently achieve occupancy and revenue goals through regular training on sales techniques, Fair Housing regulations, and community policies. Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy while managing the full leasing lifecycle from prospect inquiry through move-in and renewal. Oversee marketing campaigns across online and social platforms, coordinate resident engagement events, and conduct professional community tours to drive traffic. Prepare weekly and monthly leasing reports, maintain accurate resident files, and manage property management software systems like Yardi and RealPage. Occasional evening and weekend work is required to accommodate peak leasing seasons and prospective resident needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in property management
- Proven track record of success in achieving high occupancy and sales goals
- Comprehensive knowledge of Fair Housing laws and relevant local landlord/tenant regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work occasional evening and weekend shifts
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrates highly persuasive abilities and a consistent, results-oriented focus
