Leasing Manager

Job Summary
Execute day-to-day leasing activities across a regional portfolio of multi-tenant light industrial properties, managing the full process from prospecting and broker engagement through lease negotiation, documentation, and transition to property management. Implement market-specific strategies to increase rents, optimize tenant mix, and reduce vacancy while reviewing tenant financials to support leasing approvals. Negotiate new leases, renewals, expansions, and relocations, escalating complex transactions to leadership, and coordinate with property management on tenant improvement projects. Stay current on regional market conditions through broker engagement and direct property tours to inform pricing decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related business discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, either in a direct leasing role or in a brokerage capacity
- Working knowledge of lease negotiation fundamentals
- Basic financial analysis
- Proficiency in Excel
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Ability to see details at close range
- Repetitive motion and manual dexterity to input data on keyboard
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related business discipline preferred
- exposure to industrial product types
