Job Summary
Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and maintaining show rooms. Utilize marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget limits while projecting a favorable community image. Secure resident retention by planning functions and hosting after-hours events. Complete lease, move-in, and check-out paperwork timely; greet and qualify prospects using Lead Management Software. Manage lease renewals, process applications with credit checks, and update property management software. Oversee leasing staff through training, development, and evaluation. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure prompt resident service responses. Maintain an active social media presence and conduct market research on competing properties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- 4 years' experience in Leasing capacity
- 2 years' experience in supervisory role
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Project Management
- Adobe
- Property Management Software
- PopCard or LTS experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Must be able to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds
- A flexible schedule is required and hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
Desired Qualifications
- 4 years' experience in Leasing capacity – Preferred
- 2 years' experience in supervisory role – Preferred
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver
