Job Summary
Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and maintaining show rooms. Utilize marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget constraints while projecting a favorable community image. Secure resident retention through resident functions and after-hours hosting. Complete lease, move-in, and check-out paperwork timely, process applications with credit checks, and manage renewals and move-outs. Oversee leasing staff, including training, development, and evaluation. Greet and qualify prospects professionally using Lead Management Software, assist with applications, and maintain an active social media presence. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt resident service responses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- 4 years' experience in Leasing capacity
- 2 years' experience in supervisory role
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Project Management
- Adobe
- Property Management Software
- PopCard or LTS experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to use mobile devices and applications for work-related tasks
- Must be able to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 4 years' experience in Leasing capacity – Preferred
- 2 years' experience in supervisory role – Preferred
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver
