Leasing Manager

Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and maintaining show rooms. Utilize marketing strategies to ensure traffic within budget limitations while projecting a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives. Focus on securing resident retention by planning functions, attending after-hours events, and hosting guests. Complete necessary paperwork for leases, move-ins, check-outs, and peak periods in a timely manner. Greet and qualify prospects professionally using Lead Management Software, assist with applications and deposits, and adhere to Fair Housing requirements. Keep an updated availability report, process applications with credit checks, and submit them for Community Manager approval. Show apartments, close sales, prepare units for move-ins, obtain signatures, and provide community orientation. Assist in maintaining social media presence, conduct market research, and update property management software. Manage lease renewals, send notices, handle move-outs, and apply fees as necessary. Provide excellent customer service while collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure prompt responses to resident service requests.
