Job Summary
Manage the sales team by hiring, training, and motivating representatives while setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring performance against revenue goals. Generate leads, establish client relationships, and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and global reach. Conduct daily check-ins to ensure quotas are met, analyze performance data for forecasting, and prepare lease agreements and paperwork. Travel at least 20% of the time. Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
